At Big Brothers Big Sisters I was hired in as a temporary service through AmeriCorps. There I created Spark Newsletter for Big's (the volunteers) to help them show their Little's Spark - the special thing inside them. We supplied them with information about free and low cost events around town they could attend as well as conversation starters. We also provided affirmations and Spotlight Matches to give more inspiration to be the best big sister or big brother to their Littles.
